I’ve been frustrated for last two weeks trying to download new Apps to my iPhone 8+ and watching the circle spin with no results. I finally found a solution. I restarted my phone and on a guess turned off cellular data and tried App download with WiFi only. Worked like a charm. Loaded two new Apps to my iPhone in a matter of minutes.
